About napstrIQ

napstrIQ helps people choose business software. For each tool we show the price and plans, the free-plan limits, the main features, and the strengths and limits, in plain words. Every price shows where it came from and the date we checked it. You can compare up to four tools side by side.

We start with CRM software: 5 tools so far (HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Freshsales). We add a category only when we have checked enough tools in it for a comparison to be useful, so some categories in the menu are still marked "coming soon".

Pages are written and checked by the napstrIQ editorial team. We read each company's own public pages, write up what we find in our own words, and record the source and date. Our editors write the quick answer, verdict, strengths and limits, and the alternatives. Companies can list their own product, but they cannot write or change those parts, and they cannot review their own product.

Today we do not earn money from any link on this site. If that changes, we will label affiliate links and sponsored spots clearly, and it will not change how we describe a product.

Prices change often. Each page shows the date it was last checked, and you should always confirm the current price on the company's own site before you buy. If you find a mistake, tell us which page and what is wrong. See how we handle corrections.
