What Freshdesk does
Freshdesk is a help desk from Freshworks. It turns customer emails and messages into tickets, adds a help centre where customers can look up answers, and includes an AI agent called Freddy.
There are three plans, Growth, Pro and Enterprise. Each includes the first 500 AI agent sessions free, once per account.
Prices are per agent per month and the page shows yearly prices only.

How teams use Freshdesk
Pricing comparison: Freshdesk and similar tools
| Tool | Free plan | Paid from | Trial | Price source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Freshdesk | No | $19 /agent/mo (billed yearly) | Yes | Company page |
Prices show in your local currency where a company lists them. Tools without a local price stay in USD, so do not compare those rows number for number.
Entry prices are for the cheapest paid plan and use each company's own billing basis (annual or monthly, local currency), so compare them as a guide, not a quote.
