Deel
Hire, pay and manage workers in 130+ countries, from contractors to full employees.
What Deel does
Deel helps companies hire and pay people anywhere. You can pay contractors, hire full employees through Deel's own legal entities, or run a US employer service.
An employer of record (EOR) is a company that legally employs a worker on your behalf in a country where you have no business entity. Deel says it covers 130+ countries.
Pricing depends on what you buy. Each product has its own price per person, not one plan for everything.
Setup and learning curve
Adding a contractor can be fast. Employer of record hires involve contracts and local checks, so allow days to weeks.

Each product has its own price per person per month, so the total depends on who you hire and where.
The Manage, Pay, Equip and Bundle products had no price details on the page.
A promotion lists three months of platform fees credited on new US PEO orders signed between 15 July and 31 December 2026 with a two-year minimum term. Ending early means paying list price.
Currency: Prices are shown with a $ sign. The page does not name the currency, so we treat them as USD.

Is there a free plan?
No No. Deel has no free plan and no free trial on its pricing page. It offers a free demo.
Because pricing is per person and per product, you pay for each worker you add.

Pricing comparison: Deel and similar tools
| Tool | Free plan | Paid from | Trial | Price source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deel | No | $14 /worker/mo (Find talent) | No trial shown | Company page |
Prices show in your local currency where a company lists them. Tools without a local price stay in USD, so do not compare those rows number for number.
Entry prices are for the cheapest paid plan and use each company's own billing basis (annual or monthly, local currency), so compare them as a guide, not a quote.
