What Dynamics 365 Sales does

Dynamics 365 Sales is Microsoft's CRM for sales teams. It tracks leads, deals and customer contacts like any CRM, but its real pull is that it connects directly to Outlook, Teams and the rest of Microsoft 365.

If your company already runs on Microsoft, that matters. A rep can see the deal record beside an email, prepare for a meeting in Teams, and look up a buyer on LinkedIn without hopping between logins.

It is a bigger system than a small-business CRM. There is no free plan, there are three paid editions, and the more advanced editions add Copilot, Microsoft's AI assistant, for things like deal summaries and meeting prep.

Setup and learning curve

A basic setup on Professional can be done in days. Enterprise and Premium rollouts with custom rules and data migration usually take weeks and often involve an admin or Microsoft partner.

Prices show in your local currency where a company lists them. Tools without a local price stay in USD, so do not compare those rows number for number.

Entry prices are for the cheapest paid plan and use each company's own billing basis (annual or monthly, local currency), so compare them as a guide, not a quote.
