Keap
CRM and marketing automation for small service businesses, formerly called Infusionsoft.
What Keap does
Keap began in 2001 as Infusionsoft and took the Keap name in 2019. It is now owned by Thryv. It aims at small service businesses that want one tool for contacts, email, text, invoices and appointments.
Its main strength is automation. You build a flow once, such as a welcome sequence or a reminder after a quote, and Keap runs it for every new lead.
It is also one of the costlier choices here. Instead of a ladder of plans, Keap sells a single platform starting at $299 a month, and implementation help is part of the deal.
Setup and learning curve
Keap expects a guided setup. Most owners work with an implementation package, and building out automations can take a few weeks.
Keap pricing
Keap platform
- 2 users included, extra users $39 a month each
- CRM, email, landing pages, forms and text
- Pipeline, invoicing, quotes and appointment scheduler
- Price rises with your contact count

Keap's pricing page showed one plan rather than tiers. The $299 a month figure is the starting price, and cost grows with the number of contacts you store.
Implementation services are required and priced by package, so ask for the full figure before you sign.
Early cancellation on an annual contract carries a $299 termination fee, per Keap's pricing page.

Is there a free plan?
No Keap has no free plan. There is a free trial with no credit card, but it limits email to 25 messages and cannot take payments or send texts.
Because the trial is so limited, it is more a look around than a real test. For a proper free start, try HubSpot or Capsule.

Prices show in your local currency where a company lists them. Tools without a local price stay in USD, so do not compare those rows number for number.
Entry prices are for the cheapest paid plan and use each company's own billing basis (annual or monthly, local currency), so compare them as a guide, not a quote.
