Close
A sales CRM built around calling, email and text, with an AI assistant called Chloe.
What Close does
Close is a CRM for people who sell by talking to prospects. Calling, email and texting are built in, so a rep can dial a lead, send a follow-up and log the whole thing without opening a second app.
Its newer addition is Chloe, an AI assistant that can follow up with cold leads, qualify prospects and book meetings. Close says more than 11,500 teams use it.
It is a focused tool. It does not try to be a marketing platform or a project manager, which is a plus if your day is mostly calls and a minus if you want everything under one roof.
Setup and learning curve
Most small teams are calling from it within a day. Workflows and dialer lists take a little longer to set up well.

Prices show in your local currency where a company lists them. Tools without a local price stay in USD, so do not compare those rows number for number.
Entry prices are for the cheapest paid plan and use each company's own billing basis (annual or monthly, local currency), so compare them as a guide, not a quote.
